Variety makes teachers understand how important is to innovate their lessons, teachers have different students, and each of them represents a challenge!
I agree with curricular acomodations; however, nowadays most students don't like to think, don't like to make efforts, don't like to go ahead and study, so they choose the easy path and ask for curricular accommodations to make their teaching easier than the rest of their classmates, however, without study and effort they can't find the right path and improve in their teaching. Honesty, most of them do not have any teaching problem, instead they don't want to study and make the teacher take them to next grade without effort.
